Champions League preview: Manchester United face Shakhtar Donetsk at Old Trafford

David Moyes: Man Utd manager aiming to secure top spot in Group A
David Moyes will be desperate to avoid another unwanted Old Trafford record when Manchester United tackle Shakhtar Donetsk in their final UEFA Champions League group game.

Successive 1-0 defeats by Moyes' former club Everton and Newcastle United have left United in danger of losing three straight home games for the first time since 1962.
Manchester United manager David Moyes says there are several areas his side need to improve.
In addition, Everton and Newcastle both ended long waits for a win at Old Trafford, while West Brom are another club this season to have broken a hoodoo at the Theatre of Dreams.
At least Moyes will be thankful that qualification for the last 16 is not riding on Tuesday's game, with United's passage into the knock-out phase secured by an emphatic 5-0 win away to Bayer Leverkusen a fortnight ago.
However, top spot in Group A is not yet assured as victory for Shakhtar would enable the Ukrainian side to finish first by virtue of a better head-to-head record and condemn United to the runners-up spot.
With Real Madrid, Paris St Germain and Atletico Madrid already confirmed as group winners, and Bayern Munich and Barcelona likely to follow suit, Moyes will be anxious to avoid a slip-up against Shakhtar.
Former Manchester United captain Bryan Robson is disappointed with what he's seen this season.
United have won both home games in the group to date and secured a 1-1 draw away to Shakhtar back in October when Danny Welbeck's first-half goal was cancelled out by Taison in the second half.
Shakhtar have travelled to Manchester knowing they need to better Leverkusen's result away to Real Sociedad in order to join United in making the last 16.
Their results away from home in the group so far could barely be more contrasting after following up a 2-0 win away to Sociedad with a 4-0 thumping at the hands of Leverkusen.
Shakhtar have lost four of their five games in England, but have always scored, and have yet to draw a blank in 11 games against Premier League opposition both home and away.
