Fit again Nigeria defender Elderson Echiejile underwent a mandatory cryotherapy session with his club teammates in Austria much to the amusement of his teammates in Austria.
The 26 year old defender was almost frozen in the 7°C ice bath and was laughed at by Colombian striker Radamel Falcao who was in the same pub with him.
Echiejile is looking forward to the start of the new Ligue 1 season with a good performance in Monaco’s Copa Euro Americana fixtures against Colombian sides Junior and Atlético Nacional in a fort night.
“My focus is now on establishing myself at my club,” Echiejile said.
Monaco will also face EPL side Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on the 3rd of August before their Ligue 1 opener against Lorient at the Louis II.
