The Super Eagles are intensifying their preparations for the World Cup and have been training at rather harsh weather to achieve their goals in Brazil.

On Sunday evening Stephen Keshi’s troops trained under 85 degrees centigrade in Jacksonville, Florida ostensibly in anticipation of the conditions in Brazil, where the 2014 World Cup kicks off in four days time.
Completesportsnigeria.com can also report that the team’s technical crew decided to go on with their training even after a light rainfall.
Stephen Keshi addressed the team after their exercise and called for an improvement in performance when they play Iran in their first game of the mundial on June 16.
The Super Eagles concluded their buildup games for the World Cup with a 2-1 defeat to USA. The African champions had drawn 2-2 and 0-0 respectively against Scotland and Greece in their previous friendlies.
The team will depart Florida, USA for Brazil on Tuesday, June 10.
