Froch v Groves - Fight Week has started so here's what you can expect



Fight Week is here, so see what you can watch and how you can follow Froch v Groves from the start...

WEDNESDAY

Manchester is now the place to be as we get to catch up with the supporting cast. That means a current world champion, two Olympic heroes, British champions and local lads who are out to make this a night to remember. The press conference will bring you the latest from the undercard and Sky Sports News will be catching a few of them all afternoon. World champion Scott Quigg will be leading the way, but Luke Campbell and Anthony Joshua are also there and Anthony Crolla can tell us about his new opponent Stephen Foster Jnr. Stephen Smith, Scott Cardle and Rocky Fielding are also part of the impressive undercard.
On Sky Sports 1 (7.00pm) is the second instalment of Behind The Ropes, with George Groves the subject of our unique access to boxing's best.

THURSDAY

Now is the first time since that infamous Ringside encounter that Froch and Groves go face-to-face! Will the war of words get worse? Will there be a crack in someone's armour? Who is going to come out on top long before the first bell sounds? The main event press conference will be covered by Sky Sports News who will talk to both fighters and we will also see the pair face off, setting the scene nicely.
That night the latest Ringside show will pull it all together and come from Hatton's Gym in the company of the man who put Manchester on the map when it came to boxing, Ricky himself. Adam Smith and Johnny Nelson and numerous guests will get right down to business on Sky Sports 1 (6.30pm) as we are less than 48 hours away from fight night!

FRIDAY

Froch v Groves - The countdown is on
Well it's weigh-in time! And that means the final face-off between Carl Froch and George Groves. There is no doubt that both will be bang-on the weight but this is the last time they can get close-up and personal before punches can be thrown.Sky Sports Newswill be there bringing you all the news as well as the crucial interviews as the whole card checks in. Then in the evening, the same channel brings you a special LIVE show that brings together current boxers, trainers, ex-fighters and the boxing writers as our special gathering gives you all you need to know... and more.
And as if that is not enough, we have a Sky Sports 1 (7.00pm) Countdown Show as well. Jim Watt, Johnny Nelson and Glenn McCrory will be on after the day's weigh-in and there will be plenty of discussion, and dare we say it, the odd prediction!

SATURDAY
