ENYIMBA LINE UP CROWN, GATEWAY FRIENDLIES

Enyimba have lined up two friedlies games against Crown Football Club of Ogbomoso and Gateway Football club of Abeokuta.


The two-time African Champions who are currently in Temperance Hotel, Ota for the final phase of their pre-season camping have scheduled the two fixtures to fine tune strategies ahead of the new season.

A reliable source within the club divulged to completesports that arrangements are in top gear for the games to be played next week.

"We are looking forward to playing two friendliy fixtures against Crown and Gateway as part of our build up to the new season."

"Everything has been put in place to ensure we hold the games and hopefully it will come up next week.

Crown who won promotion to the Globacom Premier League from the National League last term, are currently camped in Ijebu Ode and are scheduled to spend three weeks there.

Gateway will resume preparations for new National League season next week at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abeokuta.

Meanwhile, Enyimba head coach, Zachary Baraje has hinted that he is confident the club will have an improved season.

"We are almost set to hit Ota for our pre-season. We have finalised the arrangements and very soon we shall depart, so that players can be focused 100 percent.

"Don't get me wrong, our camping at Aba was a success because we have got most of the players we want. We have concluded the first part of our pre-season at Aba and our trip to Ota is to ensure that we train under a very conducive atmosphere devoid of distractions," Baraje said.
